Blog Cabin Fever

So it has been two months and counting since I graduated and I still don't have a job. . . . deservedly so considering I am dangerously unqualified for everything I am considering. I got beaten out for a paper route a few weeks ago by a limp wristed and overweight 10 year-old because quote "he has a higher ceiling" than I do. Consequently, I spend my days watching the National Jump Rope Championships on ESPN-2 and old video Yearbooks of obscure, but not forgotten football teams on the NFL network. The other day they ran the 1983 Cinncinatti Bengals who apparently clawed their way from the bottom of the standings and earned their stripes towards respectability (They are quite poetic over at NFL Films). So to consume the ample time on my hands, I decided to start this blog to prevent myself from total physcial and mental dormancy. Also, I am trying to get my Daily Lodger website going again, so if you have any ideas for headlines please feel free to post them on this blog. Anyway, I wish I could use this blog as a forum to provide cunning insight on prominent social, political and world issues, but I am anti-social, not much into politics, and I was never very good at geography. Instead this will be my vehicle to espouse senseless banter. Hope all is well with everyone and take care.

Devin, don't worry, it only took me 4 months to find a job and it was part-time at that. I suppose that's part of the reason I'm going to grad school. Thusly, a reminder to the brotherhood. I'll be in Tuscaloosa starting around August 23rd. Y'all have a standing invitation to trash my apartment and vomit on coeds. Hope to see y'all soon!
YITB, Logs

You could replace Leon as our cook. Perks include occasional free cigs and long talks with Klinger.
