What Brown Can't Do For You

I haven't been lucky with the movies I have been picking lately. I went to see Dark Water in the theaters recently and, after a promising start, it turned out to be an illogical cross between the Others and one of those storm re-anactment shows you see on the Weather Channel. I also rented the supposed thriller Darkness, which turned out to be overwhelmingly disappointing considering I was under the false expectation it was based on the life Charlie Murphy. I thought I was going to turn the tide last week when I purchased Boogeyman off of my satelitte provider. Let me break this one down for you. This movie is about a dark, mysterious, and nefarious character who hides in closets and preys on unsuspecting children in the night. Come to think of it, I forget whether it was Boogeyman I saw or the latest R. Kelly video--both have similar backgrounds and can be a bit too preachy at times for my taste. Anyway, if you have any suggestions on what to see I'll be sure to rent it in A New York Minute. Hope all is well with everyone and please, I encourage you to post and participate. Take care.
